Who We Are
Creative Homes Contracting Ltd. is a locally owned and operated home renovation company located in Sherwood Park, AB. We service the greater Edmonton area, with a focus on custom home renovations, basement developments/suites and additions. Our team has been carefully assembled over the past 10 years, and all members are highly regarded craftsmen and artisans in their respective fields.
Our core values are integrity, transparency, organization and a strong work ethic. We are committed to treating every client and their home with the utmost respect and care.
Our Leadership
Jon grew up learning construction at a young age, with his dad having ownership in a very reputable custom home construction company in their rural Alberta town. He moved to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Following this, he was hired by one of the leading home renovation companies in the city, starting out as a carpenter and working his way up to a senior level position. This experience fostered a love for home renovations and triggered his career in the Edmonton construction industry, which now spans over 15 years. He has considerable experience in carpentry, architectural design, estimating and project management, all of which he utilizes to lead Creative Homes Contracting and serve it’s clients.
