1. Contact Us & Initial Consultatoin

• We will start by discussing your project scope and timeline, then setup a meeting for us to come review all details and gather any necessary site information.

2. Confirm Project Scope, Design & Selections

• After our initial meeting, we will use your project information to put together some preliminary pricing based on allowances and review together to ensure it falls within your desired budget. This also helps clients to determine the overall scope and design they want to proceed with. At this point, if clients don’t already have interior or architectural design company they are working with, we can set them up with one of our trusted team members to create detailed drawings and choose all selection items such as plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, cabinets, countertops and flooring.

3. Final Estimate & Construction Schedule

• Once we receive final drawings and all selections, we will put together a very detailed estimate and construction schedule for us to review and confirm together. When clients are good with the final estimate and construction schedule, we would then review and sign our construction agreement and confirm your project in our system.

4. Pre-Construction Details & Meeting

• After we have confirmed your project, there are a number of items we immediately get to work on prior to construction. This includes applying for all required permits and ordering all non-stocked materials to ensure they arrive when we need them, which prevents any project delays after commencement. We also schedule a pre-construction meeting on all our projects for us to review everything together one last time prior to project startup.

5. Project Construction

• From demolition through to final cleaning, we work hard to ensure no detail is missed and that the project is managed very carefully. We arrange frequent site meetings with our clients, designers and tradespeople to review specifications prior to each construction component, and send our clients weekly updates to ensure they are always kept informed.

6. Project Completion

• Our goal is to complete each project on schedule, on budget, and with no deficiencies or details left outstanding when our clients move back into their space. We perform a very detailed walk through with both clients and designers at the end of each project to ensure no detail is missed. Even after project completion, we encourage our clients to contact us on anything they need and offer a full warranty on all our work.
